We hope we can answer all of your most important questions here. If there is something we haven't covered, then please email us with your questions.

All prices shown are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.

For New Zealand customers, all prices shown are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. However, when you check out your order, the cart will remove the GST and add postage costs to NZ.

Subscription and package deals:
Want the lot? Purchase our Greedy Tart which is both the Full Tart & Half Tart and receive 10% discount on the kit prices.
Subscribe for 12 months to any of our kits and receive 40% off your final kit, PLUS we will give you 20% off all other items in the Lime Tart store for the length of your subscription!
Subscribe for 6 months to any of our kits and receive 15% off your final kit, PLUS we will give you 10% off all other items in the Lime Tart store for the length of your subscription!
Not valid on postage, current month's kits, or sale items.

When do the new kits appear?
Our new kits will appear on both websites on the 1st of each month with a small sneak preview. Full kit pictures and contents will be on the site on the 7th of the month. Our gallery is available for showing at Lime Tart on the 14th of the month with amazing projects and ideas from our talented design team. New kits are available for purchase until sold out.

When do you post the kits?
Subscription kits are shipped during the first week of the month. Other orders are posted once your payment has been received. No waiting around at Lime Tart!

Do you accept direct deposit?
For Australian orders - Yes, of course, just check out normally and check the correct box and your confirmation email will have our bank details. Deposits not received within 7 days will have the products returned to the shopping cart, unless prior arrangements have been made.
For NZ & US orders - not at this time.

Do you accept credit card?
Yes we do! We accept Mastercard and Visa and our site has a secure server which can process your payment. This makes it nice and easy to set and forget your subscription payments, therefore getting a surprise parcel each month!

Do you accept Paypal?
Yes we do. Just select this option when checking out your order.

Subscription payments:
Subscription payments can be made either by credit card or by direct deposit. If using direct deposit, you will be emailed an invoice reminder one week before your payment is due. Once payment has been received then your kit will be posted to you. Subscription payments are due on the 1st of each month. Your payment will processed on the first or second of each month.

Gift subscriptions:
If you are purchasing a subscription or a kit as a gift, please indicate this in the comments section, along with a personal message to the recipient and we will wrap the kit and also include a handmade gift card with your message.

Postage costs within Australia:
Purchases
$30 and under will be $5.60
$30.01 to $150.00 will be $8.95
$150.01 and over will be $8.95 and free registered mail

Kit prices and Postage costs to New Zealand:
GST is not charged on kits posted to NZ so we have some special package deals:
Half Tart = $36.50AUD
Full Tart = $70.00AUD
Greedy Tart = $89.05AUD
Queen of Tarts = $125.82
Yes! That is the kit and the postage included!

Other international purchasers:
GST is not charged on kits posted internationally so a Full Tart is reduced to $54.50AUD and a Half Tart is $27.23AUD. We do have to charge full postage costs and you can email us to get full details of these.
