Branches part two
A while back I shared with you all how I made my branches, or pretzels as they are now jokingly called. Today I am going to show you how I tizzied one up with some goodies that I got in my lastest Tart pizza box.
Note from Philippa – these flowers will be in the November A la Tarte, and the DT girls are raving about this kit!
In my box I got some sweet little four petal flowers each one wired. The wire came in handy when it was time to add them to my branch.
I started by rolling one of the petals between my thumb and pointer finger into a tight cone shape. When I came to the edge of one petal I moved onto the next pinching it at the base as I was going.
When I had rolled three of the petals I added a drop of glue onto the forth one and continued rolling.
Once I had made four I grabbed the packet of wired leaves that were in the kit paired them up with a flower and wrapped them around my branch to make a sweet flower vine.
Now that you know how I make some of my flowers and the branches I would like to see what you all can do too.
