Today I’m going to show you the steps I made to create an old favourite – a pop up card.

Step 1.  Create a cardbase.  On the fold line, mark the centre, then mark about an inch each side, up & down.  Then mark an inch each side, left & right. So you will end up with a rectangle in the middle of the fold line.

Step 2.  Using a craft knife, cut along the long lines.

Step 3.  Fold it inward.  This is the fold that pops up when your card is open.

Step 4.  Colour in your stamped images and cut them out.

Step 5.  Add 3d tape to the fold.

Step 6.  Adhere your stamped images.

Step 7.  Layer them using 3d tape.

Step 8.  Adhere the card to some patterned paper slightly larger.

Step 9.  Decorating the inside is optional.  I added some hand drawn clouds.

Step 10.  Decorate the outside of the card and it is now complete
